Actually works and is very fun, the one-shot is a bit broken in missions, for example one of the first Little Jacob missions where you shoot the guys in the house, Jacob always dies.
I want to say that wemod is by far the best! Thank you very much for all the hard work in the development of this awesome cheat engine.
thanks to you I can relive the experience again with this classic game without all the hassle of grinding and dealing with the cops
I had alot of fun putting my health to unlimited and then doing the swingset glitch and see how far I could launch a car without dying.
The level of difficulty it is to e scape a 3 star wanted level in this game is almost Dark Souls level of bs. Thank you for helping me get out of that situation with the "No wanted level" mod.
gud, just annoying if started at the wrong time for example a cutscene or main menu. Otherwise very nice

pretty good modding ngl i had lots of trouble when i tried installing mods but this makes it easier and better
its good. woking out for gta v story. anyway. i did not try it out yet with episodes from liberty city stuff.. hoping it worked just like GTA 4 Niko's story

Thanks. For those having issues, run the game then wemod and click on play. Unlimited health works for most things, just not for falls from heights or explosions.
Thanks, but your cheat doesn't work on Steam. But, luckily I used Rockstar Launcher.
It was good but when i open the no wanted level cheat, game sometimes crashes.

Thanks Mr Developer :) - I don't know why the comments about your mod say that it doesn't work. I read a few of them before I played with it, like everyone should for all mods, and saw that some people recommended to launch game first and then hit "Play". I did that and it worked perfectly. I think what the people who say 'that they tried that and the circle kept spinning when they hit play' don't understand that GTA4 "stops" when you Alt+Tab so it won't work until you go back to GTA. I just hit launched game, alt+tabbed back to WeMod, hit play, alt+tabbed back to GTA and it worked first try. So don't let the haters get you down, great mod!
Needs more tweaking and more elements added to the game play but other then that its works awesome!

so mod are working but ultimate health if i near a explosen i die plz fix it
it works perfectly except for one thing when i got a shotgun with no ammo aside only in the magazine and when the ammo was done the gun disappeared i know this isnt wemods problem but i want to know if you can change it
